Good news: reports are now available in Pluriell Mobile! This major update to the app comes with more improvements across Pluriell.
Your reports, now on mobile
Create, view and edit reports directly from your phone in Pluriell Mobile. Site reports and other types of reports offer the features you already use on the web in an interface adapted to your screen.
Already using the app? Update it to get started. Otherwise, download Pluriell Mobile from the App Store or Google Play.
Like the web version, Pluriell Mobile requires an Internet connection. You also need a Pluriell account with at least manager level access.
More updates
Finance
- The invoice and cost lists adapt to different screen widths, making them easier to use.
- The Bank flow now has an accounting year selector. The current year is selected by default, and you can still view previous years.
- The Excel export of invoices now includes the payment date and amount paid.
- The Supplier filter in the cost list is saved in custom views and restored when you open them.
Timesheets
- In the grid entry view, you can select a time entry type for each row, alongside the project and phase.
- When you enter time on a project, Pluriell suggests the last phase you used on that project. If you have no history, the first ongoing phase is still suggested by default.
Workload
- In the person view, you can hide projects without changing the totals, then show them again whenever you need them.
Reports
- The General remarks, Progress and Legal information fields offer the same formatting options as observations.
- Hover over a role code to see the name of the person assigned to an observation, without opening it.
