In this latest update, Pluriell offers you the following major updates:

• Peppol:

  We are continuing the implementation of the Peppol link within Pluriell, an update that will be available in the next month.

  As a reminder, the decision has also been made to allow you to use Pluriell not only as a sending box but also as a receiving box for your invoices via the Peppol network!

  •   [Project] Ability to create custom fields, which can also be used in invoice templates
  •   [Project]Added a quick action button
  •   [Finance] Possible adjustment (indexation and/or discount) of phases in the payment schedule
  •   [Finance] Ability to attach documents to costs and export them in bulk
  •   [Finance] Ability to add multiple amount lines to costs and link VAT to them
  •   [Finance] Ability to add VAT and a specific date to subcontractor costs
  •   [Finance] Subcontractor costs are now visible and editable from the global cost overview
  •   [Finance] Ability to select displayed columns in a project's profitability view
  •   [Finance] Ability to create custom templates for credit notes
  •   [Planning & Workload] Added a "Description" field for workloads
  •   [Document] New view for improved readability and usability
  •   [Document] Ability to set internal access levels on folders based on license types
