In this latest update, Pluriell offers you the following major updates:

  • Major Update:
    •      [General] iOS Mobile app for performance logging and directory

  • New features:

    •   [Project] Creation of contacts for the Collaborators license
    •   [Finance] Added default email address in BCC for invoices
    •   [Signing] Added kilometers in the "Grid" view
    •       [Planning & workload] Visibility of totals in the "Statistics" view
    •       [Planning & workload] Ability to work in business days
    •   [Planning & Workload] Considerationof vacation days in workload calculation

  • Optimization:
    •  [Finance] Use of reminder templates for manual reminders
    •  [Document] Ability for external users to download an entire folder

  • Major Update:
    •      [General] Android Mobile app for performance logging and directory

  • New features:

    •   [Project] Collaborators now have read-only access to the “Productivity” view
    •   [Project] Addition of a customizable project status from settings and in project editing
    •   [Project] Automatic archiving for projects inactive for more than 6 months
    •   [Planning, workload & profitability] Added a concept of “view” and the ability to save filters
    •   [Finance] Addition of dynamic fields in invoice reminder emails
    •   [Finance] Ability to define cost per kilometer by period

  • Optimization:
    •  [Search] Search now takes the address column into account in project searches
    •  [Project] Managers no longer need “project creation” access to edit related contacts
    •  [Finance] Cash view - Ability to sort columns in the invoice listing
    •  [Finance] Added a "Remark" column in the sidebar for selecting services for time-based billing
    •  [Finance] Ability to insert line breaks in invoice subjects
    •  [Finance] The titles in the profitability table are fixed to facilitate reading when there is a lot of data
