We are pleased to introduce you to the numerous enhancements in this update version of April 2025.

Before sharing the new features, let's briefly summarize the previous update for those who may have missed the changes.

Update April 2025 summary

In this latest update, Pluriell offers you the following major updates:

  • Peppol:

     

    We are continuing the implementation of the Peppol link within Pluriell, an update that will be available this quarter.

    A decision has also been made to allow you to use Pluriell not only as a sending box but also as a receiving box for your invoices via the Peppol network!

  •  Nouveauté :

    •   [Project] Added a Kanban view (available on 07/04)
    •   [Project] Option to enable an incremental code when creating projects
    •   [Project] Added filters for project tags in global views
    •   [Finance] Ability to duplicate subcontractor costs
    •   [Finance] Option to add sub-lines to a fully invoiced fixed-price phase
    •   [Finance] Possible adjustment (indexation and/or discount) of phases in the payment schedule
    •   [Finance] Option to specify the actual payment date of invoices
    •   [Finance] Improved selection and preview of selected hours for a time-based invoice
    •   [Planning & Workload]  Collaborators can now view the workloads of other users
    •   [Planning & Workload] Display of child phases when filtering on one or more phases in a time-based invoice
    •   [Document] Ability to import email-type files, including attachment
    •   [Settings] Display of the total number of leave days

    •   [Project] Ability to add tags to projects
    •   [Finance] Totals added to the Cash Flow view
    •       [Planning & workload] Read-only access for Collaborators
    •       [Document] Ability to move files between folders
    •   [Directory] Google Maps links for postal addresses and email redirection to your email manager
