We are pleased to present the improvements delivered in Pluriell since our last summary. Here is what has changed, grouped by topic.

Summary of the update contents

Pluriell offers you the following main improvements:

Bank flow:

We have enriched the Bank flow view, both to help you find your data and to navigate to the linked documents.

• [Finance] New filter panel in the Bank flow — type, client, supplier, project, phase, status — with saved filtered views so you can find them again later.
• [Finance] New "…" menu on each line of the Bank flow, allowing the linked cost or document to be opened directly.
• [Finance] Forecast horizon extended from 12 to 24 months.

New feature:

• [Finance] Excel export of the cost list, including the linked data (date, amounts excl. VAT / VAT / incl. VAT, supplier, project, phase, type and description), respecting the active filters.
• [Finance] New "Adjusted view" option in the period filter for costs, to follow revenue over a shifted accounting year.
• [Finance] New "Company" column and filter in the received Peppol documents list, to identify the recipient entity when the environment contains several of them.
• [Report] "Documents to be transmitted" section: management of several recipients and of a sender, both included in the generated PDF.
• [Document] Horizontal scrolling and selection of the displayed columns in the Documents table, so values are no longer truncated.

Improvement:

• [Finance] The period selected in the Invoices tab of a project is now remembered: the filter you applied is kept, instead of reverting to the current year every time.
