We are pleased to introduce the many improvements delivered in Pluriell since the beginning of 2026. Before the holiday season, here is a complete summary of everything that has changed, grouped by theme.
Summary of update content since January 2026
Since the start of the year, Pluriell offers you the following main enhancements:
Peppol:
We have greatly enriched the Peppol experience, both for sending and receiving your documents.
- [Finance] New “Peppol” visual indicator on invoices sent via the network, with a dedicated filter to find them in the list.
- [Finance] Peppol status tracking for invoices: notification at each status update, and option to send or not send this status to the supplier.
- [Finance] Received Peppol documents: filter by supplier, Excel export of the list, export of XML files in ZIP, and bulk editing of statuses.
- [Finance] Ability to convert a Peppol cost into a standard cost from the “…” menu.
- [Settings] Manual addition of email addresses for Peppol notification recipients.
New features:
- [Finance] Excel export of the list of invoices and credit notes via the Export button.
- [Finance] Invoice number preview starting at step 3, before sending.
- [Finance] Added the “Purchase order” field on invoices and credit notes.
- [Finance] Customization of credit note sending emails: creation of templates linked to a company, selectable at the sending step and pre-filling the subject and content.
- [Finance] New dynamic fields in custom templates: the client’s company number and, for custom invoices, the total amount actually invoiced (including supplements).
- [Finance] Customization of PDF file names for invoices and credit notes via settings (file naming) and dynamic fields.
- [Finance] New option to disable automatic payment reminders, globally or for a specific invoice.
- [Finance] New accounting integrations: Sage 50, QuickBooks, Winbooks, and Xero.
- [Finance] Manual accounting synchronization of an invoice or credit note at the chosen time.
- [Finance] New filter to identify invoices already sent to the accountant.
- [Finance] New financial information sidebar in the schedule (client and VAT by default at the project level, payment terms, purchase order, subject), with data reusable in invoices via custom templates.
- [Report] Location on plan: positioning observations directly on PDF plans, managing multiple plans per project, thumbnails per observation, and integration of plans into the generated PDF.
- [Report] Redesigned report templates: creation and configuration via Settings > Templates, with a guided step-by-step creation process.
- [Report] Management of multiple independent reports within the same project.
- [Report] Custom presence statuses for reports.
- [Report] Ability to assign companies to documents to be sent.
- [Report] Collapsed view of items for clearer reading of observations.
- [Project] New “Phase” field in the task form, allowing linking a task to a project phase.
- [Project] Bulk editing of phases: multi-selection to modify several phases in one action.
- [Project] Ability to edit the project code at creation, with automatic suggestion of the next number.
- [Project] New filters in the archived projects list.
- [Project] New read access level to custom fields of a project, with editing reserved for administrators.
- [Project] Access to the Finances tab of each project for authorized managers, without granting access to overall finances.
- [Service] Bulk editing of services: multi-selection in the Export view and grouped modification via the sidebar.
- [Productivity] New internal roles with hourly rates, serving as a basis for hour allocation, budgets, and profitability.
- [Productivity] New detailed view: allocation of hours by phase and sub-phase, by internal role and/or manager.
- [Productivity] New financial perspective: real-time comparison between budget and forecast cost.
- [Productivity] New filters in the overall Productivity view.
- [Document] Document version management: when adding a file with an existing name, choose to overwrite the old one or create a new version.
- [Document] New document counter per folder, visible directly in the list.
- [Directory] Ability to link multiple companies to the same contact.
- [Directory] New “Role” filter and display of roles directly in the Contacts and Companies lists.
- [Settings] Custom fields now available for Finance, in addition to projects.
- [Settings] Customization of default project status labels, including the one that archives a project.
- [Settings] Excel export of leave, from Settings > Accounts & licenses.
Improvements:
- [Report] Faster loading of observations.
- [Finance] Clearer Bank flow view: entries sorted by payment date, then by due date.
- [Project] Cost access aligned with service access: each user views and enters only costs for authorized projects.
