Go to the "Details" view of your project

Click on "Edit" to the right of the "Contacts" title on the project card

Select the contacts to add
- Either from the dropdown list for internal managers
- Or via the "Open Directory" button for external contacts

Grant access to the individuals
- by checking the box that provides access to the platform

Practical Information
You can easily add and manage individuals associated with an ongoing project from the project settings. We have created different categories of contacts:
- Internal Managers
- External Contacts
Depending on the category in which a contact is added, they will have different access and rights.
- Once access to the project is granted, clients and contributors can view (without the ability to modify) the project's phases, reports, and planning from their environment. They will only be able to see tasks, comments, and documents related to them.
- Project managers can manage and modify a project.
Useful tips : Contacts added to the environment will only have access once you grant it to them. To do this, check the "Access to the platform" option. You can remove their access at any time by unchecking the boxes.
