How to invite a manager from another office?

Pluriell allows you to manage a project in collaboration with another architectural or consulting office.

You can integrate members from another office as "Guest Managers" into your project. They will be able to handle the file as an internal manager in your office provided they have a Pluriell license.

 

Invited managers will have writing access to the following modules:

  • details
  • phases
  • tasks
  • planning
  • reports
  • documents

 

Productivity, invoicing, and profitability modules will not be accessible or visible to them.

The configuration process consists of two steps:

- Create or modify the contact in the directory to grant them the rights of an invited manager.

- In the required project, link the contact as an invited manager

 

Setting to activate in the repertoire

  1. Access the "Directory" in the left-hand side menu

  2. Add a new contact or edit an existing contact

  3. In the contact details window that opens on the right side of the screen, activate the "Guest Manager" button by setting it to "Yes."

 

Add the Guest Manager to the project

  1. Access the "Details" view of your project
  2. Click on "Edit" to the right of the "Contacts" title in the project form

  3. In the lower part of the view, to the right of the "Guest Managers" title, click on "Add"

  4. Choose the contact from the list; only individuals marked as invited managers in the directory will be displayed

 

Practical informations

You can easily add and manage people associated with a ongoing project from the "Details" tab of the project:

  • Internal managers who are members of your architectural office.
  • External contacts encompassing all other contacts: clients, companies, etc.
  • Invited managers for temporary associations with other architectural offices also using Pluriell.

Once you have granted project access, external contacts can view (without the ability to edit) project details, tasks, comments, and linked documents from their environment.

 

Vector.png Useful tips : If you want to grant read-only access, you can add contacts as "external contacts." Check the "Can access the project" option to allow them access to the platform.
