People linked to the comments and project managers.
Pluriell offers users the ability to exchange comments with each other through comments. They can be made in:
- Project annotations
- Project phases
- Project tasks
These different means allow for structuring and gathering exchanges around a specific topic. For each comment, there are two sections: "internal" and "external."
- The "internal" section allows you to communicate with other managers about any comment without clients and contributors being able to see them.
- The "external" section allows you to communicate only with the person linked to that comment, without others being able to read it.
Project managers and admin managers linked to the project have a view of all the comments in a project.
You can create a task directly from a comment, thus avoiding losing track of your exchanges with clients and collaborators. To find out which comment a task is linked to, refer to this article.
Useful Tips : Comments have the same legal value as an email because they specify a sender, a recipient, a date and a time. Once written, a comment cannot be modified.
