Step by step
In the repertoire, click on the contact's menu item '...'
Click on "Edit"
In the contact details, select a role from the "Role" drop-down list
Save the changes
When you add people to your project or repertoire, you can associate them with a role. This allows you to categorise the different people in your projects and directory.
It is also useful for reading and displaying your reports and schedules, which only display the code associated with the role.
You can define the types in the advanced settings of your environment by going to the "Role" tab.
