Step by step
There are 3 ways of encoding a signing :
From the "+ Signing" button at the top right of the timesheet screen
From the time tracking tool at the top right of the screen
From the "Calendar" view available by clicking on the icon at top right
You can add signings by encoding them in the tracking module via the "+ Signing" button. When you add a signing, you can choose to which item, type of service, person, etc. this signing is linked.
Another option is to use the time tracking tool. This is an individual tool that encodes signing for you only. Once activated, the tool runs in the background and automatically records signing until it closes.
Finally, a "calendar" view is available, enabling you to encode your jobs intuitively by "dragging" the job zone to be encoded. Please note that this view is only available if you have activated the encoding of signing with a start and end time.
TIPS : You can encode other people's signing by linking them to the service from the add button.
